Lemon Sauce
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1¼ cup boiling water
  • ½ tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1½ tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
Steps
  1. Make roux
  2. Add sugar & mix
  3. Gradually stir in boiling water
  4. Add lemon peel
  5. Boil 3 minutes
  6. Cut heat & add lemon juice
  7. Adjust to taste
