One-Pot Chermoula Shrimp and Orzo
Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup orzo
  • 1½ cups vegetable stock
  • ¾ pound peeled and deveined medium to large shrimp, tails removed
