Jalapeno Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  • 12 large eggs, boiled and peeled
  • 1 cup light mayo
  • 1½ tsp rice vinegar
  • ¾ tsp ground mustard
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 3 jalapenos, seeds removed and chopped
  • Paprika
  • Salt and pepper - optioinal
Steps
  1. After eggs have boiled and cooled, cut in half and remove yolk.
  2. Mix yolk with all ingredients except paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Divide evenly among 12 eggs.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika and/or pepper.
Notes
  • Also good bacon (7 pieces - cooked, crisp, and crumbled)
