Adzuki Bean Burgers
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked and drained adzuki beans
  • ½ grated onion
  • ¼ cup toasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp tamari or shoyu (natural soya sauce)
  • 1 tbsp dried or fresh sage, coriander or herbs of your choice (leaves only) finely diced
  • Pinch of sea salt and pepper (optional)
  • Buckwheat flour
  • Organic sunflower frying oil
