  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ¼ cups whole milk ricotta cheese
  • ¾ cup sour cream full fat is best
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or ½ tablespoon dried
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or ½ tablespoon dried
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 ½ cups freshly grated mozzarella
  • ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp EACH salt, pepper
