GINGER OAT BISCUITS

Ingredients
  • 40 g oats
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 to 2tsp sweet freedom  fruit syrup ½ to 1 Syn
  • 1 egg
Steps
  1. put everything in a bowl and mixed thoroughly, it makes a sort if thick batter. Spoon on a prepared baking parchment/grease proof tray then baked in a medium oven  180 degrees for 20 minutes.
