Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • Green peppers
  • Onions
  • Mushrooms
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Ham
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Steps
  1. Melt butter in pan until bubbling
  2. Pour eggs in over med/low heat
  3. Cook without moving for 2 to 3 minutes (eggs will start to detach from pan)
  4. Add cheese and toppings to half of pan
  5. Fold over
  6. Cook for another 2 to 3 mins in low heat
  7. Slide off pan onto plate
Notes
  • 10 inch non-stick was perfect
