  • ½ red bell pepper
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce / tamarin
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup cashew nacho cheese (see recipe here)
