  • 1 ea ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh basil
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic peeled
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp salt
  • black pepper to taste
