Eggs in Soy Broth (Gyeran-Jangjorim)
Ingredients
  • 7 medium or large eggs, put them at room temperature for 1 or 2 hours
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 4 large dried anchovies, guts removed
  • ½ a medium onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper (or green chili pepper), chopped (optional)
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
