Instant pot goulash
Ingredients
  • layer in instant pot-this order, do not stir
  • 16 oz of penne ww noodles
  • 4 cups hot water
  • 1- 15 oz cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 c catsup, I used Annies brand
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 # sliced mushrooms
  • 2  diced sweet peppers
  • ¼ c Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 t pepper
  •  
  • low pressure 4 minutes,  npr untill pin drops on its own, otherwise you get lots of sputter. NPR took about 30 minutes, stir well
  •  
  • optional- after npr and lid is off stir in
  • 2 to 3 c frozen corn (the pot is hot enough to cook these immediately)
  • 1 rinsed and drained can of black or red beans (1 ½ c)
  • sliced black olives, frozen or fresh greens
