  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 3 cups bottled clam juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 pound mussels, scrubbed
  • 2 tablespoons natural cashew butter
  • Salt
