  • ½ to 1 tsp Papríka, or to taste (see notes)
  • ¼ to ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper, or to taste (see notes)
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cups míld cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cups colby & monterey jack cheese, grated
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
