Zucchini Pasta with Breadcrumb Parmesan Coating

Ingredients
  • 2 T marg
  • 1 medium zucchini, spiraled
  • ½ c pasta
  • ¼ c breadcrumbs
  • ¼ c parmesan
  • garlic, pepper, onion powder
Steps
  1. Boil pasta.  Spiral zucchini.  Melt marg in skillet and add zucchini, garlic, pepper, onion powder.  Cook for a couple of minutes then add in pasta, breadcrumbs and parmesan to mix and heat through.  Serve with breadstick and/or salad.
Notes
  • May serve ½ serving as a side to chicken or add chicken or shrimp to dish.
