Ingredients
  • 1⁄4 cup walnuts
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3⁄4 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1⁄2 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1⁄2 can (a 14 oz / 400 gram can) black beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1⁄4 cup rolled oats
  • 1⁄2 cup cooked brown rice
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp 2 tbsp mustard, divided
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1⁄2 tbsp paprika
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • Dash of cayenne & pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 2 tomatoes for topping
  • Mixed greens for topping
  • 1⁄4 small onion for topping
