PAT’S WW NO COUNT TRIFLE

Ingredients
  • 20 bite size shredded wheat
  • 2 sachets any flavour
  • Tinned fruit in natural juices drained
  • Or fresh seasonal fruit
  • 500 gm tub fat free Fromage frais
Steps
  1. Put the shredded wheat in the bottom of the serving bowl. add ¼ pint of boiling water to 1 of the sachets and stir until crystals  dissolved top it up with ¾ pint cold water pour over the shredded wheat and put into the fridge to set.
  2. Put the Fromage Frais into a largeish bowl  Add ¼ pint of boiling water to 2nd sachet and dissolve crystals top up with ½ pint cold water lightly whisk it a bit at a time into the
  3. Fromage  Frais Pour onto the top of the set jelly and refrigerate when set top with fresh or the tinned fruit and serve
