Favorite Carrot Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk (I prefer nondairy milk here)
  • 1 cup frozen mango cubes
  • 1 small clementine (peeled)
  • 1 cup peeled and grated carrots
  • optional: 1 tablespoon almond butter rolled oats, and/or hemp seeds
  • optional: ¼ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
