  • 1 Tbsp. tapioca starch or cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 to 1 ¼ lb. shrimp peeled, deveined, 20 to 24 count
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce Louisiana style
  • Rice or cauliflower rice optional
  • Fresh parsley optional
