  • 1.5 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.13 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • subheading: For seasoned breadcrumbs:
  • 0.25 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Parmigiano Reggiano grated
  • 0.13 cup parsley minced
  • 0.5 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.13 cup dry white wine pinot grigio, sauvignon blanc, etc...
