Pumkin Dump Cake
Ingredients
  • 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
  • 10 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup graham crackers (crushed)
  • ½ cup toffee pieces (Heath bars can be used)
  • 1 yellow cake mix
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray
  3. Combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and pumpkin spice in a large mixing bowl, stirring to combine and incorporate ingredients
  4. Pour into prepared pan, and sprinkle with cake mix, followed by the graham crackers and toffee.
  5. Pour melted butter evenly on top
  6. Bake 45 to 50 minutes until center is set and edges are browned
  7. Serve with your favorite whipped topping or ice cream
Notes
  • This is rich. Very rich. And very easy to make! Served up with whipped topping of a small scoop of ice cream and you will be in foodie paradise!
