Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 1 pound ground pork or 80% lean ground beef
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Green Chutney
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 cup panko
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Neutral oil (such as grapeseed or peanut), for frying
