  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, slightly crushed
  • 1 small onion or large shallot, diced
  • 1 Tbsp mustard seeds
  • sea salt, or to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil or avocado oil
