  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tbs butter/olive oil
  • 2 cups pkg sausage filled tortellini, or regul;ar pasta 16 ounces
  • 1 to ½ pounds chicken or hamburger if no sausage filled tortellenie
  •  
  • 1. Sauté onions in 3tbs butter or olive oil, 8 minutes to caramelize
  •  
  • 2. Quarter Brussels sprouts and blanch 3 min
  •  
  • 3. add to onions, simmer until done
  •  
  • 4. boil tortellini, add to onions and Brussel sprouts
  •  
  • 5. toss with olive oil with italian seasonings serve
  •
