Instant pot Chicken alfredo

Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breast cut in 1 inch chunks
  • 1 bag egg noodles
  • 1 steamer bag of broccoli
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan
  • ½ Cup milk
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves
  • Minced garlic or paste
  • Pepper
  • Season all
  •  
Steps
  1. 1. Place noodles in instant pot
  2. 2. Add chicken broth and enough water to almost reach the top of the noodles
  3. 3. Place chicken chunks on top of noodles spread out
  4. 4. Add seasonings and garlic
  5. 5. Add spinach on top
  6. 6. Seal lid and cook on high for 6 minutes.. quick release pressure
  7. 7. Add milk and parmesan if you want it thicker complete step 8
  8. 8. Turn on sauté mode and cook until desired thickness or add more parm
  9. 9. Steam broccoli in microwave and add to the pot.. stir and enjoy(broccoli frozen/fresh only takes 1 min in instant pot otherwise it falls apart)
Notes
  • Pasta is always half the package time plus 1 minute. So if the highest time is 12 minutes per package directions then cook for 7
