Onion, Peppers, and Provolone Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf
Ingredients

  • Hamburger
  • 1 egg
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Worcestershire
  • 1 package Onion Soup mix
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Hunts Tomato Sauce ( I used half a can)
  • Sweet Baby Ray BBQ Sauce
  • Onion sliced
  • Green Pepper sliced
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Bacon
Steps
  1. Mix the first 9 ingredients really well, divide the meat in half. Make an oval patty, making a “pocket”. Add the onion and green pepper, lay the Provolone Cheese on top. Make anger oval patty with the other have of hamburger, put on top and seal the seams. Lay bacon on top tucking ends in. Baste the entire meatloaf with BBQ Sauce. Wrap in tin foil poking holes to drain. Add 1 cup water to pot, put meatloaf on the rack on the lower setting, pressure cook on high for 25 min NR for 10 min.
  2. Remove meatloaf, drain liquid from pot. Remove the meatloaf from the tin foil and place back on rack, air fry at 375 for 15 min brush  on BBQ Sauce half way.
  3. Enjoy!!
