Crack Butter
Ingredients
  • 1 brick cream cheese
  •  
  • 2 sticks butter
  •  
  • ½c grated parm
  •  
  • 4 to 6 cloves minced garlic
  •  
  • 1 tsp salt
  •  
  • ½ tsp pepper
  •  
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  •  
  • Dash of lemon juice
Steps
  1. Make sure everything is a room temp, then put into stand mixer with paddle and beat the holy hell out of it until it’s airy and smooth. You can then switch to the whisk for extra air.
  2. Serve with artisan bread that you either make fresh or pick up same-day from the bakery.
