Best Rich and Creamy Fat Free Sun Dried Tomato Dressing
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup of Cashews, soaked overnight or for at least two hours
  • 2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 6 Cloves of Garlic, peeled and rough cut
  • 3 T Lemon Juice
  • 1 T Parsley Leaves, 4 sprigs with leaves
  • 1 T Basil Leaves, 2 large leaves
  • 1 ½ t Salt
  • ½ t Pepper
  • 2 oz. Sun-Dried Tomatoes from a jar, any brand or make your own
  • ½ t Thyme, 5 stems with leaves, take off the stem and chop
  • The yield on this recipe is 1 ½ Cups of Dressing.
  • This recipe should take 15 to 20 minutes to throw together.
