Weight Watchers Stuffed Green Peppers
Ingredients
  • 1 cup (part Skim) mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp table salt
  • 2 Tbsp onion (I added ½ an onion because we LOVE them)
  • 15 oz canned tomato sauce
  • 5 cups water
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup quick cooking brown rice
  • 6 large bell peppers
