Quick-Roast Jacket Potatoes
Ingredients
  • Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Oil
Steps
  1. Cut the potatoes in half horizontally. Cut a diamond pattern in the flesh of the cut sides, about 2 to 3 cm deep. Rub all over with oil, then put on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt. Put in a cold oven, then turn the oven to its highest setting. Check on the potatoes after 30 minutes.
