Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • A little butter for good measure
  • 1 can - diced tomatoes
  • A bit of chicken broth
  • Garlic and spices
  • Shirataki noodles
  • Parmesan cheese
Steps
  1. Place all ingredients up to and including the garlic and spices into the Instant Pot.
  2. Choose the stew/meat setting for 35 minutes.  When done, choose Quick Release.
  3. In the meantime, prepare noodles as directed on package.
  4. Once the IP meal is done, shred the chicken with 2 forks.
  5. Top  noodles with Instant Pot meal, then with parmesan cheese.
