Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup nutritional yeast
  • ⅓ cup neutral-tasting oil, like grapeseed
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or other liquid sweetener
  • ¼ cup low-sodium tamari/soy sauce (NOT regular, or reduce to 2 Tbsp)
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup water (add more if too salty)
  • 1 to 2 tsp toasted sesame oil (optional, but adds a bit more flavour)

Steps
  1. Blend it in a blender, with an immersion blender, or just mix by hand if you must (won’t be as creamy). Makes about 1.5 cups if you don’t drink it all. One serving is about ¼ cup, so it will cover ~6 meals!
