Hibiscus water
Ingredients
  • subheading: Ingredients:
  • 3 cps of water to boil
  • 2 cps of dried Hibiscus Flower
  • 1 ½ to 2cps of sugar (start w 1 ½ add up to ½ cp more if needed)
  • 1 gallon pitcher and enough water to fill it
Steps
  1. Bring water to boil. Add dried Hibiscus flowers and continue to boil for about 1 minute. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 7 minutes. Add sugar and simmer until dissolved. Stir syrup mixture into pitcher and add water to make 1 gallon. If pitcher has a strainer, just leave the flowers in. If not, strain out. Refrigerate and enjoy.
