Japanese Pan Noodle Stir Fry
Ingredients
  • subheading: Marinade:
  • 4 oz. Soy Sauce
  • 2 oz. Water
  • 1 oz. Brown Sugar
  • 2 oz. Mirin
  • 1 oz. Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 0.7 oz. Ginger
  • 0.5 oz. Sesame Oil
  •  
  • 1 lb. Wheat Noodles
  • 1 lb. Chicken
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • ¼ cup Scallion
  • ½ cup Red Peppers
  • ½ cup Shiitake Mushrooms
  • Sesame Seeds
Steps
  1. Cook and drain noodles, rinse with cool water.
  2. Sear chicken and remove from heat.
  3. Steam broccoli and carrot, add scallions, peppers and mushrooms, saute.
  4. Add noodles and chicken, mix well with remainder of sauce.
