Easy Cinnamon Raisin Rice Pudding
Ingredients
  • 1 cup medium grain rice
  • 6 cups skim/low fat milk, (more if needed)
  • ¼ cup sugar of choice or natural sweetener
  • 1 cinnamon stick (or 1 to 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sultanas/raisins
