Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Cups
Ingredients
  • 1 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 c. plain greek yogurt
  • 1 T vanilla extract
  • ¼ to ⅓ c. honey
  • 14 oz. semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 T. coconut oil
  • flaky sea salt (optional)
Steps
  1. Line a cupcake mold with paper liners. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave. Drop 2 tsps. of melted chocolate into each liner.
  2. Mix the yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla, and hone together in a bowl. Spoon 1 T. of the yogurt into the chocolate shells.
  3. Pour the remaining chocolate over the yogurt to cover. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired
