Candied Pecans

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp cold water
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 pound pecan halves
  • 1cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
Steps
  1. Beat together water & egg white ‘til fluffy;
  2. Add pecans
  3. Mix well
  4. Combine sugar, cinnamon & salt
  5. Mix well with pecans
  6. Spread on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 325° for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
