Ingredients
  • Water: 200ml
  • Soy sauce: 200ml
  • Sugar: it says 100g which is 7/8 cup. I just put a little less than 1 cup
  • Corn syrup or honey: 100ml (I used honey)
  • Vinegar: I think it said 2 large spoon (I just used about 2 tbsp)
  • Sesame seeds: 1 large spoon
  • Then I used a whole onion bc I like pickled onions.
  • Chives...I just chopped about 7 to 8. I added 4 Serrano peppers and 5 Thai chili. I think that was it. I did a smaller batch without the peppers as well.
