Ingredients
  • 1 onion, halved, or spring onions, quartered
  • 1 clove organic garlic
  • 4 eggs
  • 400g coconut milk
  • 500g water (for basmati rice) or 700g water (for brown rice)* (see note for TM5)
  • 400g of raw basmati or brown rice (or less if you want a smaller batch)
  • 100g - 200g of cubed chicken, fish, bacon, or some shelled prawns
  • 2 carrots, sliced or julienned
  • 1 to 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • subheading: And some of the following:
  • broccoli/cauliflower florets
  • kohlrabi, peeled and thinly sliced
  • cabbage, shredded
  • spinach/silverbeet/bok choy, sliced
  • frozen peas & corn
  • cashews/slivered almonds/sesame seeds
  • fine sea salt & pepper to taste
