Pumpkin Pie Pudding (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients
  • 15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup biscuit baking mix ( bisquick)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2Tab butter, melted
  • 2 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Optional: frozen whipped topping,, thawed
Steps
  1. Mix together all ingredients except whipped topping; pour into a greased slow cooker. Cover & cook on low for 6 to 7 hours. Serve with whipped topping if desired. (A scoop of ice cream would be nice too...or powdered sugar...)
Notes
  • Cook time: 6 hours on low setting .........Ready time; 6 hours
