  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda, sifted
  • 2 ½ cups plain flour, sifted
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon mixed spice, sifted
  • 200g light sour cream
