Easy Pork Belly

Now that I know how to make it at home, I haven't bought it from store for awhile now. Very simple recipe and came out like this all the time.

1 slab of pork belly

subheading: Meat Rub:

1 tsp of salt

2 tsp of sugar

1 tsp of black pepper

½ tsp of five spice

subheading: Skin Rub:

1 tsp of salt mixed with 2 tsp of vinegar

Note: Ingredients may have been altered from the original.
