  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste or 1 tsp dried ginger, or 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 to 2 tsps Slap Ya Mama or any creole seasoning optional, only use if you want it a bit spicy
  • 14 oz Bag of Coleslaw Mix
  • ¼ cup water
  • ⅛ cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Sesame Oil
  • ½ tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • ¼ to ½ cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 to 2 tsps Green Onions, sliced
