For crust;

2 cups graham cracker crumb

¼ C brown sugar

6 Tablespoons melted butter

For cake;

16 ounces of cream cheese

¾ cups of sugar

¼ cup of milk

½ cup of sour cream

2 tablespoons of flour

1 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 eggs

For topping

1 cup dark brown sugar

¼ cup of cornstarch

½ teaspoon of salt

4 egg yolks

2 top vanilla

⅔ cup of maple syrup or dark corn syrup

½ cup cream (warm)

4 tablespoons butter (cold)

2 cups of roasted pecans (chopped)

Whole pecans for the top
