Instant Pot Mac N Cheese
PIP pot-in-pot method
Ingredients
  • I box (16 ounce of elbow macaroni)
  • 4 cups of water or chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp butter
  •  
  • 1 can of evaporated milk (12 ounce)
  • (add Tablespoon at a time)
  • 2 to 3 cups worth of shredded cheese
  • (Cheddar, mozzarella, Colby... even a box of cream cheese)
