Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
- 16oz Mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
- ¼ cup diced scallions
- 1 ½ tspn tarragon
- 1 cup red wine
Steps
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Saute' garlic for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in mushrooms, onions, and tarragon.
- Saute' until mushroom start to brown, stirring occaisionally.
- Add red wine and reduce heat. Simmer about 15 minutes until wine is evaperated and mushrooms are tender.
