Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 16oz Mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
  • ¼ cup diced scallions
  • 1 ½ tspn tarragon
  • 1 cup red wine
Steps
  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Saute' garlic for about 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in mushrooms, onions, and tarragon.
  4. Saute' until mushroom start to brown, stirring occaisionally.
  5. Add red wine and reduce heat. Simmer about 15 minutes until wine is evaperated and mushrooms are tender.
