Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls
Ingredients
  • 12 oz full-fat cream cheese room temperature
  • ½ tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 large green onions thinly sliced (whites and greens)
  • ½ lb real crab meat drained
  • ½ lb imitation crab meat finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 12 to 16 egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable or canola oil for frying
  • Sweet chili sauce for dipping
