  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 5 cups chicken stock or water
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 ounce dried porcini mushrooms
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into medium dice
  • Kosher salt and freshly cracked pepper
