Ingredients
  • Sauce
  • equal amounts of Ketchup, Hoisin Sauce and Sugar (start off with ¼ cup of each.
  • add ¼ TSP of Saltpeter (can substitute Pink Curing Salt-just needed to keep the cooked meat red-colored)
  • pinch of Red Pepper flakes to kick up the flavor.
