  • 4 ½ tsp garam masala
  • 3 Tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • ½ cup warmed half and half or cream
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch stirred together with 1 Tbsp cold water
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro, for serving
