Bay-Crumbed Salmon with Creamed Spinach & Wild Mushrooms
Ingredients

  • 500g spinach

  • 100ml white wine
  • 30g dried porcini mushrooms , very roughly chopped
  • 1 whole skinless salmon fillet (about 850g)
  • 50g butter
